We're throwing it back to the classic double-strawed fountain drink with chocolate syrup. This time, however, we're cutting the sweetness by adding two shots of spiced rum and topping it off with boozy fresh whipped cream. This retro teen drink just time travelled to us present day grownups. Cheers!
1 can coke
2 Tbl chocolate syrup
2 oz spiced rum, + 1 Tbl
1/2 c heavy whipping cream
squirt of honey or agave nectar
With a hand mixer fixed with the whisk attachment, beat the heavy whipping cream until almost firm. Add in honey or agave nectar and 1 Tbl rum. Continue beating until thick and stable. Set aside in fridge.
In a glass filled with ice, add your chocolate syrup, coke, and rum. Mix with a spoon and top with the whipped cream. Share if you care... but it's not required.
